By registering for or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use EduNudge
Designed for students & teachers preparing for CBSE Class IX and X.
- Users must be at least 10 years old.
- Under 18? Must use under supervision of parent, guardian, or recognised educator.
2. Account and Subscription
- Full access requires registration as student or teacher.
- Annual subscription model β valid strictly until 30th June of the academic year (regardless of registration date).
- Renewal required after 30th June for continued access.
3. Use of Platform & Acceptable Conduct
You may use tools only for personal learning or classroom teaching.
- Reselling, redistributing, or packaging our resources as your own.
- Commercial use outside personal subscription.
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorised users.
- Using bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) or back-end data streams.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
β EduNudge is a registered MSME. All materials are proprietary assets.
Protected assets include: interactive simulations, coordinate datasets, HTML/JS logic, custom algorithms, and the 5βStep Nudge framework & competency-based progressions.
β No copying, reproduction, or derivative works without express written permission.
5. Payments
- Securely processed via Razorpay.
- EduNudge does not store credit card or sensitive payment details on our servers.
- Pricing & renewal terms clearly displayed before registration.

7. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:
- Violation of these Terms (especially IP or acceptable conduct).
- False / misleading registration info.
- Automated scraping or technical misuse detected.

- Temporary downtime due to maintenance/updates.
- Loss of user data from user actions or hardware failures.
- Unauthorised misuse of content by third parties.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
