1. No Refunds
Once a payment is successfully processed via our platform, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
2. No Cancellations
Subscriptions cannot be terminated or cancelled midway through their lifecycle once activated.
3. Payment Processing & Confirmation
- All transactions processed through Razorpay (secure, encrypted channels).
- A definitive digital receipt & confirmation will be sent to your registered email immediately upon successful transaction.
4. Defined Exceptions
We do not permit any variations or exceptions to this policy, with the exclusive exception of the following two technical anomalies:
π Exception 1: Duplicate Transactions
If a user accidentally makes a double payment for the exact same account/user ID within a 24-hour window.
β οΈ Exception 2: Gateway Errors
If Razorpay explicitly logs a technical timeout or transaction failure while funds were successfully deducted from the userβs account.
To file a claim: Email support@edunudge.in within 7 days of the transaction date. Verified double-payments will be reversed to the original source within standard banking timelines.
